  • Keep aisles clear; no trip hazards

Prohibited Items

  • Counterfeit / trademark-infringing goods
  • Open flames without prior approval
  • Anything illegal or unsafe

Food Vendors

  • Cottage food rules must be followed; label clearly
  • Sampling requires individual packaging/tongs
  • Bring waste baskets and sanitizer setup

  • We run paid local reach ads before each market

What’s your refund policy?

All vendor fees are non-refundable. We allow a single date transfer with at least 7 days notice, pending availability.

Do you provide tables/chairs?

We have limited tables/chairs; please indicate in your application if needed. Bringing your own is always recommended.

Is power guaranteed?

Power is limited and first-come, first-served via the add-on. Bring a 25–50ft extension cord and gaffer tape.

How are locations assigned?

We curate layout for flow and safety. Requests are considered but not guaranteed.
